Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents the results of a physical and computational experiment for predicting delamination at the interface of the layers of the 09G2S-EP678 composite material obtained by batch hot rolling using an incised rectangular sample as an example. As a result of computational experiments, the process of sample deformation was studied and the delamination under mechanical action was predicted. It is shown that crack initiation and growth occur at the interlayer boundary in the region with a predominance of normal tensile stresses. At the same time, for the test sample, stress state indicators characterize the shear stress state, not separation. |
