Zusammenfassung:The present study is about 52Ni-19.2Cr-18.7Fe-5.5Nb alloy formed by additive manufacturing process of High-speed direct laser deposition. The microstructure and phase composition were studied with optical microscopy and TEM. Three different areas of deposited layers are presented by columnar dendrite grains, equiaxed structure, and dendrite grains with secondary arm spacing. The increase in heat input showed a slightly improved in average micro- hardness of the deposited samples. The results of TEM study showed the presence of different Laves phase morphologies depending on heat input.
