Zusammenfassung: | Effective and simple technique was successfully used to prepare CuO nanostructures by a simple Hydrothermal method, CuO thin films deposited on a glass substrate with and without a seed layer. A very thin seed layer of Au was deposited on a glass substrate using DC sputtering system (MTI company), The prepared film properties were examined using different techniques and devices, XRD diffraction and Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy carried out to analyze the structural and morphology of the samples, the X-ray results show that both films are polycrystalline with sharper with highest intensity peaks for films with seed layer describe high crystallinity of the product. The FESEM images reveal homogenous nanostructure with high porosity the dimension range 60-100 nm, optical properties were calculated using Transmittance in UV-Visible range. CuO sensors were manufactured by electrode the samples with silver electrodes using efficient, homemade, affordable screen print method, the result shows that the film with seed layer have response time and recovery time (20, 40 sec) respectively and the response and recovery time for the film without seed layer are (30, 60 sec) respectively. |
