Zusammenfassung: | The kinetic properties of the current in the aluminum hydride are considered at various intensities of the electric field. Changes in conductivity in strong fields are associated with the growth of the ionic component due to anion vacancies. It is shown that the endurance of AlH3 in weak fields increases the thermolysis temperature, and there is an effective generation of decomposition centers if the electric intensity is more than 104 V/cm. |
