Zusammenfassung: | In this work, low temperature experimental data on PbSnTe alloys doped with In over a wide range of compositions (lead and indium content in solid solution) and hydrostatic compression was collected, systematized, and analyzed from a single viewpoint. Conditions for the transition of these materials to the dielectric state were formulated. Transition to the superconducting state was studied. Decisive role of In atoms in the appearance of superconductivity has been established. |
