Zusammenfassung:In this contribution we present a new concept of the large acceptancedetector systems based on organic scintillators whichmay allow for simultaneous diagnostic of large fraction of thehuman body. Novelty of the concept lies in employing largeblocks of polymer scintillators instead of crystals as detectorsof annihilation quanta, and in using predominantly the timingof signals instead of their amplitudes.
