Zusammenfassung:Tverdokhlib et al focus on the development of Pedagogy as a higher Ukrainian theological school's subject during K. Pobedonostsev's counter reforms in the field of higher theological education. They present a comparative analysis of the statutes of 1869 and 1884, and reveal the influence of 1884 statute rules on the quality of academic pedagogical education. They focus on the content of Pedagogy courses taught by different lecturers in the academy. The main disadvantage is the lack of preparation for teaching in seminaries.
