Zusammenfassung:Hematite (α-Fe2O3) nanoparticle has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and incorporated into Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) for preparing a flexible composite film. The dielectric constant, loss tangent, Cole-Cole impedance and ac conductivity variation in frequency (50 Hz≤f≤1MHz) and voltage variation (± 20 V) of current density (J) and resistivity in temperature range 303 to 383K have been studied of the nanocomposite film. The dielectric loss shows prominent relaxation peak. The Cole-Cole impedance spectroscopy reveals that there is grain and grain boundary region in this dielectric film. The ac conductivity follows the CBH model and the obtained maximum barrier height is 0.25 eV. In case of dc measurement the sample shows semiconducting behavior and follows the space charge limited conduction (SCLC) electron transport mechanism.
