Zusammenfassung:The solar based drying system utilizes sun powered vitality to heat the air and dry each stacked nourishment material, which is useful in limiting horticultural item wastage and helps to save the farming items. Along these lines, a close planetary system is intended to make up for this limitation dependent on the disadvantages of common sun drying method. For example the direct daylight radiation the absence of sufficient control for vermin and rodents and the expanded cost of the mechanical dryer. This project provides a solar dryer's concept, installation and efficiency for vegetable preservation. In the dryer, hot air is moved to the drying cabinet from a separate solar collector. The outcomes acquired during the trial demonstrated that during specific long periods of sunlight, the temperatures inside the dryer and sun oriented gatherer were altogether higher than the surrounding temperature. In the drying cabinet, the temperature rise was up to 74% shortly after 12.00h (noon) for about three hours. The dryer exhibited the capacity to dry nourishment things rapidly to a protected degree of dampness, while simultaneously guaranteeing the dried item's predominant quality.
