As the physiological parameters, chlorophyll a + b, carotenoid, anthocyanin, total phenolic, non-protein -SH groups, total carbohydrate and protein analyzes of the plant were done using spectrophotometer. Phenolic contents were scanned on the LC-MS/MS device. Chemical components were screened using the GC-MS device. Element contents were determined in the ICP OES device. As a result of the studies, it has been determined that it can be used in pharmacological designs as a natural resource in terms of the compounds determined within the plant.
