Zusammenfassung:In this paper, we develop the requirements for an automated system for measuring the pain level experiencing by a patient during anesthesia, methods and algorithms for implementing such a system using various indicators: data on the course of the patient’s respiratory cycle, spectral characteristics of the electroencephalogram and electrocardiogram, indicators of the skin-galvanic reaction of the skin, pulse wave characteristics, dynamics of changes in mean arterial pressure, and heart rate. A block diagram of the operation of the module for calculating the integral pain indicator, a functional diagram of its implementation, and the results of clinical trials are presented.
