Zusammenfassung:An efficient method for chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed asymmetric synthesis of arylindolyl indolin-3-ones with both axial and central chirality has been developed via the reaction of 3-arylindoles with 2-aryl-3 H -indol-3-ones, and the target products were obtained in high yields with excellent enantioselectivity and diastereoselectivity.
