Zusammenfassung:Two ways manufacturing copper(II) oxide films are presented: spray pyrolysis and the sol–gel technique. The process for changing the resistivity of films at different temperatures depending on the duration of annealing is considered using the example of an obtained copper oxide film. The phase composition, degree of crystallization, and electrical resistance of the copper oxide film are determined.
