Zusammenfassung:The branches of the tree illustrate the different stages of an iterative, divergent approach to conjugated borane dendrimers. The first stage of the “growth” cycle, a proton‐bud, is shown left. The second stage, the functionalization, is shown on next branch, with a Bpin‐blossom. The third stage in the cycle, the activation, is depicted as a BF3−‐blossom in full bloom. The last stage of the iterative approach, the expansion, is illustrated by a new branch with two proton‐buds ready for growth.
