Zusammenfassung: | In article number 2000935, Yin‐Jia Cheng, Xian‐Zheng Zhang and co‐workers successfully prepared a photosensitizer‐peptide amphiphile conjugate, which displays specific cellular uptake by tumor cells, and directly delivers doxorubicin to nucleus and protoporphyrin IX to mitochondria. The nanosystem can significantly maximize the therapeutic effect against tumor cells with minimal off‐target cytotoxicity, thus holding great potential for enhanced chemo‐photodynamic tumor therapy. |
