Zusammenfassung: | Patterning of the cathode layer in top‐emission AMOLED displays is essential to achieve high performance in Under Display Camera (UDC) or Under Panel Sensor (UPS) applications for both small size and middle size panels. A novel ConducTorr™ Electrode that is based on a self‐assembly process has been achieved with comparable device performance versus traditional MgAg cathode. Using the ConducTorr™ Electrode material we demonstrated the first mass production ready cathode patterning process in a high‐resolution OLED. |
