Zusammenfassung: | We propose a novel hybrid frame rate driving method for optimizing low frequency OLED display flicker metrics. Each frame cycle contains two neighboring frames, the odd frames refresh half of the RIB pixels and all of the G pixels, and the even frames refresh the other half of the RIB pixels and all of the G pixels. This approach supports lower frequency refresh rates for mobile OLED displays while minimizing display driver power consumption with optimized flicker optical properties. |
