Zusammenfassung:We have synthesized copper-doped Ba0.5Sr0.5FeO3-δ using sol-gel combustion method. The Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe0.9Cu0.1O3-δ (BSFCu-91) and Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe0.8Cu0.2O3-δ (BSFCu-82) powder calcined at 850°C and sintered at 1100°C for 6 hours respectively. Neutron diffraction technique were used to identify the crystal parameter and oxygen stoichiometry in the sample. The HRPD data was analyzed using the Rietveld method to determine the crystal structure. The results of structural analysis show that Ba0.5Sr0.5Fe1-xCuxO3-δ (x = 0.1 - 0.2) has a space group P m -3 m with cubic crystal system. The lattice parameter for BSFCu-91 a=b=c=3.9301 Å; and for BSFCu-82 a = b = c = 3.9383. The oxygen stoichiometry for x=0.1 is 2,8; x=0.2 is 2.6.
