Zusammenfassung:The effect of quenching rate on the medium range order of glassy AsxSe100−x(x=20,40,50at.%) has been studied by X-ray diffraction. It was noticed that increasing quenching rate leads to a significant change in the parameters of the first sharp diffraction peak of As50Se50, comparing with samples of concentrations x≤40 at.%. The results were discussed on the light of network-connectivity transformations of As–Se system.
