Zusammenfassung: | The paper presents a synthesis on the structure of the management process of the employed personnel. Starting from all the management and administration functions of any human resources employer, three groups of activities are identified, specific to the management process for the employed personnel - strategic ordering, optimal dynamics of personnel structures and harmonization of interpersonal relations. Within each group of activities, the specific aspects regarding the competences, authority and responsibilities regarding the development of the work processes are analyzed. |
