Zusammenfassung:Results of experimental studies of the optical and geometric characteristics of high-level clouds over Tomsk combined with actinometric measurements of solar radiation are presented. The diurnal and three-year variations of the characteristics of clouds including those with anomalous backscattering are presented. In contrast to previous studies, the data presented here have been obtained using the parallel accumulation of one-electron pulses during registration of lidar returns.
