O (Ln = Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er) allowed us to establish linear dependences between decreasing lengths of Ln—O
b
(W) bonds and interatomic distances O⋯O in Peacock–Weakley type heteropoly anions, and the nuclear charge of Ln–heteroatom.
