Evaluation of Quantitative and GC-MS Analysis of Bioactive Compounds in Aqueous and Ethanolic extracts of Apium leptophyllum Pers

The Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry Analysis (GC-MS) of the ethanolic extract of seed Apium leptophyllum Pers was evaluated using a equipment scion 436- GC Bruker gas chromatography equipped with column BR- 5MS (5% Diphenyl/95% Dimethyl poly siloxane). The GC-MS studies in the ethanolic extract of Apium leptophylum (pers) showed the presence of rich source of secondary metabolites, the active principles with their Retention Time (RT), Molecular weight (MW), Molecular Formula and Concentration (Peak Area %) were presented in Table :2 GC-MS combines the Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrophotometry techniques.
