Smoothing and Strichartz Estimates for Perturbed Schrödinger, Klein-Gordon and Wave Equations in Exterior Domain

The aim of the present paper is to establish the smoothing and Strichartz estimates for the Schrödinger, Klein-Gordon and wave equations with large potential in an exterior domain. The fundamental tool is the uniform estimate for the resolvent of some operators.
