НАУЧНО-ТЕХНИЧЕСКОЕ РАЗВИТИЕ РОССИИ В СОВРЕМЕННЫХ УСЛОВИЯХ: ВЛИЯНИЕ ВНУТРЕННЕЙ И ВНЕШНЕЙ ИЗОЛЯЦИИ

The paper considers an infrequent situation characterizing the modern Russian scientific and technical sphere. Today, the long-standing tradition of self-isolation of the Russian scientific and technical sphere is "complemented" with external sanctions expanding since 2014. In some situations, external sanctions are simply invisible against the background of internal traditional restrictions. The article considers the accumulated experience of scientific and technical development of Russia in the current conditions, identifies the types of organizations that received incentives for development under sanctions (the so-called "beneficiaries" of sanctions) and develops possible scenarios for future reintegration into world science.
