Zusammenfassung:During the past two decades, continuous flow chemistry has been developed into a mature field as shown by numerous examples in which complex molecules are synthesised. In this review we discuss recent one-flow multistep syntheses to produce active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) including challenges and solutions that have been encountered. This review highlights a selection of multistep continuous flow (one-flow) processes leading to the synthesis of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs).
