Rural Americans with type 1 diabetes face health disparities that can contribute to diabetes-related complications. This study sought to examine glycemic outcomes among rural participants in the Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) Exchange clinic registry between January 1, 2016 and March 31, 2018.
