Zusammenfassung:In article number 2000584, Milan Mrksich, Horacio D. Espinosa, and co‐workers report on a method for non‐destructively sampling enzymes multiple times from small populations of cells, using localized electroporation in microfluidic live cell analysis devices. The enzymes are captured in extraction chambers, where they modify immobilized substrates on a self‐assembled monolayer, and their activity is quantified using self‐assembled monolayers for matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization (SAMDI) mass spectrometry.
