Zusammenfassung: | Rare earth Samarium (Sm) doped cobalt (CoFe1.9Sm0.1O4)ferrite nanoparticles has been synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion technique with lemon juice. The prepared sample was sintered at 800 °C for 4 hrs The structure and morphologies were characterized from X-ray diffraction (XRD and Field Emission Gun Scanning electron microscopy (FEG-SEM) technique. The magnetic properties were investigated by vibrating sample magnetometer. The saturation magnetization, coercively, remanence, Bohr magneton and anisotropy constant (K) were calculated from the M-H hysteresis loops. The crystallite size of synthesized ferrite nanoparticle is within the range of 10-22nm. |
