Three-Component Reaction of 1-(Oxyran-2-ylmethyl)-1H-indole-3-carbaldehyde with CH-Acids and Amines

One-pot synthesis of 3-vinyl substituted indoles containing 1,2-amino alcohol fragment at the nitrogen atom was performed by the reactions of 1-(oxiran-2-ylmethyl)-1 H -indole-3-carbaldehyde with methylene-active compounds and amines.
