Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this article is to present three examples of transgression of the school rules in three French-speaking texts in the Belgian literature: Execrable story of a Brabant hero by Jean Muno (1986), Feathers of the Cock by Conrad Detrez (1975) and The dormitory by Nicolas Ancion (2004). We will shed light on the common and distinct characteristics of the act of transgressing in each of the three texts in order to evaluate how the literary representation of transgression is a means for literature to confront the real world.
