Choice of Materials and Coatings for High-Speed Aircrafts

We present the main selection criteria and the characteristics of structural materials, the physicomechanical properties of functional coatings for high-speed aircraft and engines, the requirements for the physical and mechanical properties of the structural materials operating at the high temperatures that appear in flight at high supersonic speeds, and comparative data on the properties of the materials (which can be considered as the basis for structural materials).
