Zusammenfassung: | The trend will definitely lead to the reduction of banana planting area and directly threaten the healthy and sustainable development of banana industry-150. [...]it is urgent to select and breed new disease-resistant varieties suitable for this area and explore effective fertilization methods. 1Materials and Methods 1.1Materials and experimental sites The main susceptible varieties in production Brazilian banana, Guijiao No.1, disease-resistant variety Nantianhuang, independently bred cultivar Yunjiao No.1 were selected in the test. Conventional organic fertilizer, shrimp peptide organic fertilizer, shrimp peptide special protection, shrimp peptide fruit Yekang, microbial preparation (mainly including beauveria, metarhizium, actinomycetes, silicate bacillus, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus polymyxa, trichoderma, photosynthetic bacteria, saccharomycetes etc.), compound fertilizer (15-15-15S), diammonium phosphate (17-42-0), urea, potassium phosphate and compound fertilizer (15-15-25S) were provided by Yunnan Yuntianhua Co., Ltd. The test was conducted in Ganlan basin in Menghan Town, Jinghong City, Yunnan Province (100°56'13" E, 21°51'43" N; altitude 540 m), where banana had been continuously planted for 10 years. The content of pathogenic bacteria in the tested samples was converted to the content of pathogenic bacteria per gram of soil samples (copy number/g) according to the detection results of instrument, the quality of samples used for DNA extraction, the total amount of DNA extracted and the template used for qPCR reaction system. Gene copy number = 6.02 X 1023 copies/mol X Plasmid concentration g/pL/MW, MW (Average molecular weight of doublestranded DNA) g/mol = Number of bases X 660/ base. 1.2.3Statistic analysis. |
