Zusammenfassung: | Determining the temperature of the strip at certain points in the technological line of the mill is very important problem in the development of new and optimization of existing technologies of the sheet rolling process. This article proposes a mathematical model of the temperature conditions of strip rolling on a mill with furnace coilers. The model takes into account the temperature change in the deformation zone during rolling, during transportation of the strip in the mill line, as well as in heating devices, in particular, in the furnaces of coilers of the Steckel mill. It is possible to calculate the change in temperature of the strip on coils and the surface of strip wind up in roll when the coiler furnaces. The mathematical model can be used for engineering calculations, as well as a tool for the scientific analysis of technological processes of sheet rolling. |
