Zusammenfassung: | On the basis of test results, reliability functions are proposed for individual types of faults in industrial machines. The scattering characteristics of the corresponding distributions are also presented. Formulas are suggested for converting estimates of the probability of fault-free operation during a test into estimates of the same probability for a specified working life. Experience shows that increasing the test duration permits decrease in the volume of tests. The use of accelerated tests further decreases the volume of tests required. |
