Zusammenfassung: | Experimental results on the effect of circadian rhythm, stimulation of salivation during sampling, and storage and sample preparation conditions (using the centrifugation and freezing methods together) on the concentrations of macro- and micronutrients in human saliva found by atomic emission spectrometry using the dry residue method were examined and discussed. These factors lead to a decrease in the concentrations of elements in the samples, which must be taken into account when interpreting the results obtained by various analysis procedures. |
