Zusammenfassung:Alkali and alkaline-earth metal borohydrides are intensely studied in view of their high hydrogen content and more recently, due to the observed decent ionic conductivities which would make them interesting candidates for solid state batteries. Neutron scattering techniques offer a unique tool to study both the structure and the dynamics of borohydride materials. This review summarizes recent work in this field, illuminating the rich and interconnectivity between hydrogen dynamic and crystallographic phases.
