3D Modeling of Electrocyclones with Various Flow Swirling Devices
The results of modeling of two electrocyclone designs are presented. The calculation was performed by finite-element method in a three-dimensional space. It is shown that axial electrocyclone has better hydraulic and electrical characteristics than ECV electro- cyclone.
