adsorption method (Brunauer, Emmet ve Teller), elemental analysis, induction coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy. In the first part of the work, the polymeric material is synthesized and characterized, and in the second part, adsorptive treatment was carried out to determine the optimum B12 adsorption conditions with this synthesized material in varying conditions. The B12 isolation from cheese is carried out to determine the performance of the polymeric material in the real environment. The antioxidant capacity of the obtained B12 is an indication that the isolation process is successfully carried out. |
