Zusammenfassung:In this paper we present an experimental study of the electron transport in composite samples based on an insulating matrix of polybenzimidazole with graphite nanoparticles as conducting filler. Based on a qualitative analysis of the temperature dependences of electrical resistance obtained for the samples with different filler concentrations, it was established that the electron transport occurred mostly by tunneling between conducting filler particles, with variable-range hopping conduction taking place at low temperatures.
