Zusammenfassung: | Murphy and Redmond acknowledge a Letter to the Editor in Value in Health from the National Center for Pharmacoeconomics in response to a publication. They acknowledge that rapid review (RR) is an important step in the reimbursement process in Ireland and are grateful for the additional insight provided by the NCPE. As acknowledged in the original article, their analysis was confined to data that were publically available. Variables such as clinical evidence and budget impact for drugs that did not undergo an HTA were not available, and this remains a limitation in the analysis. |
