Zusammenfassung:The crystal structure, microstructure and thermal properties of the BaFe11.1In0.9O19 sample have been investigated by SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope), X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), TGA (Thermogravimetric Analysis) and DTG (Differential Thermogravimetric Analysis) analytical methods. SEM investigations determined that, the average size of crystallites of the BaFe11.1In0.9O19 sample is d¯ = 5 μm. The X-ray diffraction investigations showed that, the structure of the sample corresponds to the hexagonal symmetry with P63/mmc space group. An analysis of raman spectra at high temperatures determined that, there is no phase transition in the temperature range T = 20–450 °C. The lower boundary value is T ≥ 100 °C for starting thermal flux, the oxidation on mass kinetics and decomposition effects were determined from thermal analysis of the BaFe11.1In0.9O19 sample.
