Zusammenfassung: | The multivariate calibration technique was established by the use of linear regression equation employing the relationship at five different concentration levels and its absorbance recorded at five selected wavelengths around the Vax of the drug. The proposed method characterizes the use of the Ultraviolet spectral multilinear regression technique employing simple mathematical contents for the evaluation of Terbutaline sulphate in pharmaceutical formulation. The linearity spectra showing linearity is shown in Figure 3.The and the residual plots constructed at five selected correlation coefficient value was calculated for the wavelengths were represented in Figures 4 - 13. constructed linear regression equation individually for Limit of Detection (LOD) and Limit of Quantification (LOQ): Limit of detection (LOD) and Limit of quantification (LOQ) values were calculated employing the slope and intercept values of the linear regression line, thereby the sensitivity of the developed method was establishes. [...]the method can be reported as accurate. |
