Zusammenfassung:The higher the concentration, the shorter the lifetime of the patient. [...]it is possible to study the increase in serum CYFRA21-1 levels as a sign of early identification of NSCLC. [...]early diagnosis and effective treatment of NSCLC can happen using this antigen as a specific marker. The PCR reaction conditions were as follows: denaturation at 95°C for 15 min, 40 cycles are repeated (95°C for 30 sec, 55°C for 30 sec, 72°C for 30 sec) and has quantitative analysis, determining the melting temperature of Real-time PCR products (Melting Curves), 95°C and 65°C for 10 sec. Throughout the world, the phage display technique has been used by scientists to create many monoclonal antibody fragments in the recombinant forms that are resistant to a large number of different antigens, such as RNA, protein antigen, proteoglycans[17-19].
