Zusammenfassung:The article focuses on the issues of ICT-based competence development as a basic component in the system of future teachers professional training. The development of the mentioned competence is stipulated by the global trends in digital economics development and a necessity for reconsideration of the approach of teachers training for their future professional performance. Special emphasis is placed by the authors on the formation of the ability to use electronic educational resources (EER) in the teaching-learning process and to the development of EER creation skills. The authors show the possibilities of the disciplines dealing with the study of the conditions for pedagogical expediency of creating and using EER, their development based on specially configured software, the analysis of EER didactic possibilities, expert evaluation of existent and self-created resources, and many other types of activity. Furthermore, the authors specify professional retraining and skill upgrading programmes, which are implemented, inter alia, in a distance teaching-learning format. Theoretical analysis, synthesis, classifications and generalization, as well as the method of pedagogical planning enabled us to specify and update the syllabi, introduce changes in the curricula structure and the process of training bachelors majoring in Pedagogic Education.
