The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) brain revealed a thick-walled ring-enhancing lesion in the dorsal midbrain in the region of the oculomotor nucleus, possibly affecting the region of the caudal central (levator palpebrae superioris) subnucleus [Figure 3].
