Zusammenfassung: | The electrothermal performance of laser-induced graphene (LIG)- based heater can be improved by increasing the laser power in a certain range. However, excessive laser power will cause the produced LIG film to detach from the substrate, resulting in the degradation of performance. In this letter, a novel strategy of repeated laser writing is proposed to further improve the electrothermal performance of LIG-based heater. The best optimized result appears after four- time repeated laser writing at a certain power. After the device is irradiated for four times, the best steady-state temperature increases by 103.8%, which is 43.8% higher than that of the heater fabricated by the method of only increasing the laser power while not repeated laser irradiation. |
