Zusammenfassung: | X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis is one of the most widespread methods of the determination of the elemental composition of various materials. However, its application is complicated by pronounced matrix effects. These effects can be taken into account in a limited range of variation of analyte concentrations with different efficiencies using different methods. In this work, we use a modified standard–background method for the radical solution of the problem of the account of matrix effects in XRF analysis. |
