Zusammenfassung:Information technology (IT) has transcended beyond its traditional administrative support role towards playing a more central part of business strategies. IT is now wielded as a strategic weapon to gain sustainable advantages and support the competitive strategy of the firm. A survey is reported and follow-up interviews conducted across Canada to investigate information systems issues that are currently facing small business management is presented.
