Zusammenfassung:Miniaturized power supplies, such as microsupercapacitors, are highly demanded in micro-electro mechanical systems (MEMS) and micro portable microdevices due to their superior cyclability, high power density, and considerable energy. In this study, we utilize ZIF-8 derived carbon as a source of active material to fabricate flexible microsupercapacitors via a simple electrophoresis method. The deposited ZIF-8 derived carbon particles with high surface area play a decisive role in achieving high electrochemical performances. The simple and straightforward process of electrophoretic deposition using ZIF-8 derived carbon particles generates porous carbon films on microsupercapacitors, which leads to a superior electrochemical performance.
